You have up to 7 days from the delivery arrival date to request for an exchange of the product(s) which you are not satisfied. Please note that we will not entertain any request/dispute thereafter.

  3. Product(s) to exchange
  4. Reason to exchange
The product(s) must dispatch out within 5 days after receiving the exchange offer from us.

 

Important:
  • Product(s) sold is strictly not refundable.
  • No exchange on earrings, custom-made, altered and discounted product(s).
  • Product(s) exchanged must be unworn and in original, good and saleable condition.
  • 999 (24K) or 916 (22K) gold product(s) purchased from us after deduction of the cost of workmanship are returnable (‘trade-in’) at the current market price. 25% will be deducted from the current market gold price for the exchange of new jewellery and 30% will be deducted from the current market gold price for the exchange of cash. There is a slight variation of +/- 0.03 gram tolerance as all weighing machines’ sensitivity varies. Original tax invoice and the customer must be physically present at our retail outlet during this exchange programme.
  • For exchange of product(s) without trade-in, we will replace it with the same item/ jewellery category subject to availability. Exchanged product(s) should be the same value or higher.
  • All exchange must be sent with a trusted delivery company with tracking number. The customer is responsible for all delivery costs when sending the product(s) back to us.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage to the product(s) during the delivery process back to us.
  • Exchange product(s) will be processed within 7 days upon receipt.
  • When possible, we offer repair service to faulty product(s). We reserve the right to refuse free service if the product(s) has been misused.
  • Unauthorize returns or exchanges shall not be entertained and product(s) shall return to the customer. 
  • Any amount paid is strictly non-refundable unless we dismiss an order at our sole discretion, whether before or after receiving the amount. Notification will be given as soon as possible and the refund of the paid amount will be advised accordingly.
All product(s) is checked before delivery. Please notify us immediately should there be damages during the delivery process.
